The six things we are asked most often, answered plainly.
- Do you sell to the public?
- No. OptiSource PK supplies the trade only — optical practices, retailers, glazing labs, hospitals and distributors. All accounts are trade accounts.
- Can I pay on the website?
- No. This site does not take payment. You build a request list, we send a written quotation, and settlement is arranged directly once you approve it.
- Why are there no prices on the catalogue?
- Trade pricing depends on volume, account tier and current landed cost, so a published figure would be wrong for most customers. Send us a request list and we quote in writing, usually within one working day.
- What is the minimum order?
- It varies by line, and we confirm it on the quotation alongside the price. There is no overall minimum order value for an approved trade account — ask for what you need and we will tell you where the break quantities fall.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- Within one working day for inquiries received during trade desk hours. Stock checks by phone or WhatsApp are usually answered immediately.
- Can you supply something not in the catalogue?
- Often, yes. Indent sourcing is a standing part of what we do — send the specification and we will confirm whether we can land it, at what price and by when.
